What’s on this October half term 2023
This October half term there is so much fun to be had, from fantastic fireworks to spooky Halloween discos, it’s going to be a good one – I can feel it in my bones!
Big ‘Double’ Bang
Saundersfoot Harbour are holding their annual ‘Big Bang’ weekend on Friday 27th October and Saturday 28th October. There will be live music, food, a family friendly fun fair and two firework displays (Saturday only).
Manor House Wildlife Park
There’s lots of creepy goings on at Manor House this half term, join them on their Jack O Lantern trail if you dare. The even better news is that kids go half price with a paying adult!
Halloween Fun Day
The Regency Hall in Saundersfoot will be holding a ‘Halloween Fun Day’ on Saturday 28th October. There will be bookable time slots through the day and little ones can enjoy spooky activities and a disco dome. The time slots are 10am to 12pm, 12.30 to 2.30pm and 3 to 5pm. Tickets can be purchased via The Regency Hall on 01834 811700.
Spooky Halloween Trail
On Friday 27th October St Florence will be holding their spooky Halloween trial, it ill be from 5.30pm and will run from St Florence Shop to the Mill – the further you go the scarier it gets! There will be a pumpkin carving competition, food, drinks, cakes and fancy dress for all ages.
Sunset Cinema
The torch theatre will be holding a thrilling evening in Slebech Country Park on Monday 30th October. There will be two showings, Hocus Pocus from 4.30pm and Blair Witch Project from 7pm. Be sure to purchase tickets beforehand so you don’t miss out!
Spooktacular at Oakwood Theme Park
Oakwood Theme Park will be running their award-winning spooktacular event throughout the half term, be prepared to be terrified with Uncle Johns House, a Witch Hunt and new for 2023 Clown Saws – a horror maze. This event is not for the faint hearted.
Windsor Farm Pumpkin Patch and Farm Barn
Pumpkin picking is a must this spooky season and Windsor Farm in Lamphey is the perfect place for it. It’s undercover, free to enter and even has a farm barn with refreshments from Embur’s Dessert Bar. It’s open Saturday 28th to Tuesday 31st 10am till 4pm and don’t forget your wellies as it’s a working farm.
Halloween fun at Heatherton World of Activities
For a fun day out for all the family this half term head to Heatherton World of Activities, as well as their usual attractions they have their home-grown pumpkin patch for you to enjoy where you can roast marshmallows, play pumpkin skittles, take some spooky photos and visit the mysterious maze.
Bonfire Night in St Florence
St Florence community will be holding a spectacular firework display on 5th November. It will be held at St Florence Village Hall and there will be refreshments and a fun fair with plenty of fun for all the family. Gates open at 5.30pm.
