This year’s Saundersfest will take place on 12th & 13th July 2024.

After an amazing debut event in 2023 Saundersfest is back for 2024 with an all-new line-up and new timings with the main stage ticketed events taking place on Friday 12th and Saturday 13th July on the King George V playing fields right in the heart of the village and live music throughout the village. Sunday 14th July is Daytime Fever, hosted by the Regency Hall, financially supported by Saundersfest. You can experience the full nightclub vibe during the day at ‘Daytime Fever’ – the ultimate daytime boogie destination for the over 30s crowd!

For the main stage events on the King George V Playing Fields gates will open on the Friday at 4.30pm with the on-stage entertainment running from 5.00pm to 9.30pm and gates opening on Saturday at 12.30pm with the on-stage entertainment running from 1.00pm to 9.00pm.

There will be onsite catering offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and a variety of amazing food providers plus representatives from our chosen charities which this year are Paul Sartori, Saundersfoot & Tenby Community First Responders, Get The Boys A Lift, and the 2Wish.

Line-Ups

They have some amazing acts for 2024 and the line-ups for each day are as follows

Friday from 5pm –

Local DJ set from the team at Pure West Radio, followed by Slipped Disco, and finally the Riviera Dogs.

Saturday from 1pm –

Lowri Evans, next Function 22, followed by Sleeping Dogs, then 4th Street, and finally Chasing Mumford.

Food and Drink

There will be a great range of ‘street food’ stalls on the festival field on Saturday and Sunday along with outdoor bars serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, soft, hot & cold drinks including; Fab Four Coffee, Galdem Glitz Face Painting, Ice Green Gelato, Bearded Chefs Street Food, The Copper Hog serving delicious wraps, Sue’s Pantry serving mouth-watering cakes and snacks, The Rotary Club with a tasty hog roast, The Sail serving delicious pizzas, Get Loaded Street Food, Romy’s serving crepes, cakes and more, Bitters & Twist with cocktails and more, 2wish serving teas and coffees, and The Doughnutterie with a lovely yummy range of doughnuts.

The food & drink vendors will be open for business to coincide with performance times (approximately 2-9pm on Saturday and 1.30-7pm on Sunday) timings are subject to change.

There are also many restaurants, cafes and food shops in the village which will all be open and serving food at all times over the weekend. This includes our main event sponsor The Royal Oak.
