Puffin Cottage Holidays are proud to present Two Hoots, a charming stone cottage, situated in the quiet and rural village of Hodgeston. Hodgeston is a small village and parish, in the community of Lamphey. Two Hoots also neighbours villages Freshwater East, Jameston, and Manorbier Newton. It is also a perfect base to explore the area, from the local villages and towns of Saundersfoot, Tenby, Narberth and further afield St David's, the smallest city in Britain, and don’t forget about our glorious sandy beaches and Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

The cottage was converted in 2005, from a former outbuilding of Hodgeston Hall. Hodgeston Hall is a Grade II listed building and dates back to the 1800, it originally served as a rectory, but subsequently became a farmhouse.

The exterior is built of old, local limestone, whilst internally there is an approach towards modern living, whilst maintaining a rustic charm. Oil-fired central heating and double glazing throughout ensures a warm welcome for families and friends.

The cottage is entered via the front door onto an open plan lounge, which leads into the dining room, kitchen with French doors opening out on to the enclosed patio and garden.

Living room: Large and light living room with two comfy settees, chair and footstool, TV, DVD player and unlimited Wi-Fi, perfect to snuggle up and watch a family film on the TV after exploring the local area.

Kitchen/dining area: The kitchen has all the necessary appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, whilst the double oven has a ceramic hob & extractor. A fridge/freezer and microwave are also provided. The dining area is suitable for 6 – 8 plus highchair.

Bedroom 2: On the second floor, a bright cosy room with a double bed, bedside drawers with bedside lamps, and a built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: On the second floor, a bright and airy room with a double bed, bedside cupboard and drawers, mirror, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and dressing table. This room is suitable to fit an additional single bed, making the property able to sleep seven people.

Family bathroom: A lovely family bathroom comprising of a large deep corner bath, toilet and wash basin.

The double French doors lead from the dining area out onto an enclosed patio which is ideal for your evening BBQ as it faces West. The walled gardens to front and rear make it very safe for young children and the ‘Access Only’ quiet lane outside ensures further safety.

The gravel drive allows for parking for three plus cars.
