Fantastic sea views from this luxury Tenby development, just a two minute walk to Tenby's award winning South Beach and short walk to Tenby town centre with it's many bars, pubs, shops and restaurants and picturesque harbour. Salty's Bar and Grill is also just a two minute walk away and provides the perfect setting for a quiet drink or beachside meal.
Waterstone House is an exclusive development of luxury apartments situated in arguably the best location Tenby has to offer - with spectacular views over the South Beach, Caldey Island and stunning golf course views towards Penally .
Secure doors lead into the development from where the ground floor apartment is accessed, opening into the spacious entrance hall where doors lead off to the open plan kitchen/dining/living room, master bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom and family bathroom.
The open plan kitchen/dining/living room is the real feature of this luxury apartment, with large bi-fold doors opening out to capture the spectacular coastal and golf course views.
The large central breakfast bar creates a laid back feel to this beach front apartment, with casual seating for up to 4 people - the ideal spot to relax with your morning coffee, while soaking up the calming sounds of the sea. The dining table offers more formal seating for up to 4 people, perfect for those evening meals.
A well-equipped kitchen provides everything you would expect in a self-catering holiday apartment including an induction hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave. The lounge area features a large flat screen TV and provides a cosy setting to relax and unwind in the evening.
The Master bedroom benefits from an ensuite shower room with large enclosed shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
Bedroom two has twin beds. Both bedrooms benefit from built in wardrobes which offer ample storage facilities.
The family bathroom comprises a luxury bath suite consisting of bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin.
Outside, the decked terrace offers garden furniture to seat up to four people and views over the bay toward Caldey Island make this the perfect space to enjoy some al fresco dining or a glass of wine!

Great Place
We booked here on a whim, and found a great place. Location is right on top of South Beach and has private parking. Walking is 5 minutes from Sainsbury’s and about 8 Minutes from town. The place is accurate in comparison to photos, modern and clean with quality goods. We had a minor issue where we was happy to wait for rectification, but owner was out straight away. My only grip was the view from sat outside was marred by the wall, but this is knit picking. Overall great place, great stay with great hosts.

Sweeping views over South Beach
The flat was, as described, well equipped and excellently presented. The location was everything we had hope for with sweeping views over South Beach and across the sea to Caldey. We were blessed with an excellent spell of weather and had many good walks. The walk into town along the beach was especially enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to return if the opportunity arose.

Everything was clean and as described.
The apartment is in a great location, very easy to get to restaurants, beaches etc but quiet location with lovely views. Everything was clean and as described. Didn't do much cooking (in Tenby for blues festival so out most of the time) but the kitchen looked well equipped. Comfy beds and good hot showers. Good price and perfect for 2 couples.

Great modern holiday apartment in an excellent location
Great modern holiday apartment in an excellent location within easy walking distance of the beach, the town centre and lots of eateries of all types but also quiet at night. Very clean and uncluttered, well equipped kitchen and super comfy bed. We thoroughly recommend staying at Vicki’s place and hope to return soon.

Absolutely faultless
We stayed at Apartment 2 - Waterstone House Tenby. It was absolutely faultless, it’s a perfect location wether you want a relaxing stay or a more active one. Beautiful sea views, and a beautiful apartment.
We have enjoyed so much have already booked to come back next year.

The accommodation was fantastic!
We have just returned from our 2nd visit to No 2 Waterstone Apartments, Tenby, overlooking the South Beach and Salty's Beach Restaurant and Bar. The accommodation (2 bedrooms, one ensuite) was fantastic! The apartment is of a high standard, spacious and extremely clean. Fabulous views over the coastine and Caldey island from the partially covered ground floor terrace which has a lovely table and chairs and a BBQ, accessed through the bifold doors. Short 5 minute walk into Tenby itself with all its amenities to hand. We have dealt with Puffin Holiday cottages on a number of occasions and they are always helpful and friendly and the accommodation has been of a high standard.
