New in 2022, Puffin Cottage Holidays presents Maynor, a large 5 bedroomed detached cottage. Just a few minutes drive from the Pembrokeshire coast, including the popular seaside town Tenby and bustling village of Saundersfoot, this spacious property is the perfect accommodation for families and extended families holidaying together.
The cottage is centrally, yet peacefully located in a quiet area of the small village of Kilgetty and Begelly. Folly Farm is less than a 5 minute drive away and all of Pembrokeshire’s best attractions and diverse beaches are within a 20 minute drive, taking in the magnificent views along the way.
With off road parking for up to 4 cars, a stylish family kitchen which opens up from the large dining/living room with a central feature fireplace and cosy log burner, Maynor offers a wonderful holiday cottage for you and your family.
The cottage enters into the large hallway with doors to all ground floor rooms and stairs leading to the first floor.
Lounge: Comfortable and spacious lounge and dining seating for up to 8 people. Log burner (starter pack of wood provided) and large wall-mounted Smart TV. Sliding doors lead out to the raised patio area with garden furniture - a relaxing space to enjoy a glass of wine with some al fresco dining!
Kitchen: Double doors lead in and create an open plan feel. Well-equipped with all you need for your self-catering holiday including dishwasher, range cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Wall mounted TV and breakfast bar with stools.
Utility: Washing machine and tumble dryer. Door leads out to the enclosed garden.
Shower Room: Large enclosed shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet.
Upstairs are the bedrooms all with ample storage.
En-suite Master Bedroom: Spacious with wall-mounted Smart TV, built in wardrobes and king-size bed. The en-suite comprises a large shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed, dressing table and built in wardrobes. Bedroom 3: King-size bed, dressing table and wardrobe. TV with Freeview.
Bedroom 4: Single bed, TV with Freeview.
Bedrooms 5: Single bed, TV with Freeview.
Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin.
Outside there is parking for 4 cars and a lovely raised patio area with enclosed garden and gas BBQ.
The cottage further benefits from central heating throughout and Wi-Fi.

A refundable £150 damage and good house-keeping deposit is required when renting this property.

Lovely House
Lovely house, extremely well kept and well equipped. Plenty of space for a family of 8 (6 adults, 2 children) Met by the owner to show us the finer details, lovely welcome hamper. Would 100% recommend.

Lovely House
We stayed at this lovely house August 2024. The house is immaculate and beautiful with loads of storage and space which accommodated our extended family superbly. We all loved the house . Thank you for the welcome pack what a lovely touch . We had a wonderful break the house is well located for Tenby and Saundersfoot being only short drives .

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at Maynor with our 2 daughters, husbands and children. Everywhere was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the prosecco, milk and treats were perfect. So handy to get to various places such as Saundersfoot and Folly Farm and Tenby. The outside space was great with an excellent gas barbeque.

Highly recommend a stay at Maynor!
An amazing house in a very quiet location. Everything you could wish for and more! We wanted for nothing as everything was provided. It was very difficult to leave! It was so easy to drive to the many stunning places Pembrokeshire has to offer and even further afield should you wish to. Highly recommend a stay at Maynor!

Summer Holiday
A excellent, spotlessly clean holiday house. We were greeted by the owner who gave us a guided tour. We were offered a midweek clean and bedsheet change which was fantastic. The owner came and put the bins out both weeks we were there. The house is in a small village with a good shop, pub and takeaways. A short drive to the fabulous beaches of Pembrokeshire. We would definitely stay here again. X
