Occupying a peaceful location, Valley Retreat offers a modern, comfortable and well-equipped cottage away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of the village whilst still being just a 15 minute woodland walk from Saundersfoot’s award winning beach and picturesque harbour, from where regular fishing and boat trips depart in the summer. Saundersfoot village boasts many delightful beach front cafes, shops, restaurants and traditional pubs. The 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coast Path passes right through Saundersfoot village and, during low tide, much of the coast path can be walked along the beach. There are many activities and attractions nearby including Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park and Heatherton World of Activities and the historic seaside town of Tenby is just a short drive away. If you enjoy a dip in the sea or just a little sun-bathing try one of Pembrokeshire's fabulous beaches.
This renovated cottage is furnished to a high standard, decorated with a coastal theme throughout.
Kitchen/Diner: Well-equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. A stylish breakfast bar offers seating for 2 people and the spacious dining area comfortably seats up to 6 people. Sliding doors open out on to the peaceful decked area. Double doors lead through to the lounge.
Lounge: Seating for up to 6 people, large flat-screen TV and DVD player. Large bay window looks out the front of the cottage.
Master Bedroom: Double bed, door leads to an en-suite bathroom comprising of bath with shower, wash hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: Double bed and ample storage.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds and ample storage.
Shower Room: Shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin.
Outside: Large decked area off the kitchen/dining area - the perfect space for enjoying your morning coffee! There is a further raised decking area and a lower patio area - both equipped with garden furniture with seating for up to 6 people.
Valley Retreat further benefits from WiFi, central heating throughout and off-road parking for up to three cars.

Check-in time is 3pm on day of arrival.
Mid-week and weekend breaks are available outside of peak season and at other times where there is late availability.
Please note that a refundable £150 damage and good-housekeeping deposit is required.
NB: This property has a smart doorbell which covers the outside entrance and driveway.

Peaceful spot!
Really enjoyed our stay at Valley Retreat, Saundersfoot. Perfect location, ample parking and only 10 mins from the Centre of the town. There is nothing you will go without here, the owners have thought of everything! The bathroom has been recently updated to a high standard, perfect for showering down the kiddies! The decking has also been changed since the pictures advertised, glass and composite finish. Very nice indeed.

Lovely accommodation in a great location
This accommodation is situated in a quiet location within a 10-15 min walk into Saundersfoot, (just walk to the bottom of the estate, up a few steps, and then follow the wooded path down the hill to reach the village). There is a bus stop in the village, or alternatively, another just a few mins walk at the top of the hill. There is plenty of outdoor seating, either for relaxing or for dining outside. The rooms are exceptionally clean, light and airy, and very spacious. There is plenty of storage, and the kitchen is well equipped. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful holiday house
We had a fantastic stay at Valley Retreat! The house is modern and very clean. The location is brilliant - in a quiet residential area, just a short walk into Saundersfoot. Perfect for a family and even an extended family as it has two bathrooms. Beautifully updated shower room and a modern kitchen. Plenty of parking for two or three cars. Lots of beautiful beaches in the area - Tenby, Broad Haven etc. Would highly recommend!
