Puffin Cottage Holidays is pleased to present Apartment 14, the Penthouse Apartment at Waterstone House in Tenby. A luxury development at the brow of the hill overlooking the pristine Tenby South beach and Caldey Island . This stunning apartment boasts elevated panoramic views of the sea, countryside and golf course stretching out over the dunes towards Penally.
Whether you seek a romantic getaway, a family retreat, or a gathering of friends, this apartment promises an unforgettable experience by the sea to create lasting memories.
Ideally situated in the heart of Tenby, within moments of the beach and a few minutes walk to the shops, the charming colourful town awaits your exploration! You are spoilt for choice along the cobbled streets with bakeries, confectionaries, butchers, bars and restaurants, all offering local produce. Spend you days sunbathing, swimming and exploring the coastal paths discovering hidden coves and secret spots.
Also be sure to check out the vast array of Pembrokeshire attractions in the area of which you are in the ideal spot to get around.
Enter the apartment through the front door into a spacious hallway with doors leading to all other rooms.
The open plan living area houses the dining area and kitchen. The vaulted ceilings create an airy and inviting atmosphere which when the bi fold doors are opened, the Juliet balcony and glass balustrades create a seamless transition to the outdoors. Comfortable seating is arranged around the exceptional views and a wall mounted TV is ready for cosy nights in.
Kitchen: Fully equipped for your self-catering needs, the kitchen island faces outwards, perfect for socialising whilst preparing delicious meals. This kitchen is fitted with modern appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge and freezer.
Dining area: A bright area with seating for six people positioned in front of floor to ceiling windows and Juliet balcony doors overlooking the green countryside.
Each of the three bedrooms is elegantly appointed, providing a peaceful sanctuary for rest and relaxation.
Bedroom 1: A low lying made up futon double bed with a picture-perfect sea view.
Bedroom 2: Double bed opposite a sea view window and dressing table. A wardrobe and storage space for your belongings and a balcony door to a seating area shared with the master bedroom ideal for drinks watching the sunset.
Bedroom 3: A very spacious room with king size bed, which can be split into 2 singles on request. Wake up to the panoramic sea views through the balcony doors and fall asleep to the calming sounds of the waves lapping and the ocean breeze. The master bedroom has a dressing table and ample space to store your clothes and belongings. This bedroom benefits from an en-suite which comprises a walk-in shower unit, toilet, wash basin and mirror.
Bathroom: A lovely neutral bathroom, a bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin.
The apartment further features WiFi and central heating throughout.
Two small or one medium size dog welcome.
Parking is allocated for 1 car only.
Check in is from 4pm on arrival.

Great apartment with a view to die for.
Great apartment with a view to die for. Everything in Tenby is walkable, including the train station @ 5mins away. Parking on site was great and the allocated space is shaded in the afternoon. Kitchen well equipped too. If you haven’t used an induction cooker you need to know that the heat only comes on if there is a pan on the ring, (not in the instructions). The apartment over looks a small play area and a large car park, but we didn’t find that intrusive and the view over the beach and out to the island more than compensates. Keep an eye out for the Round Table events on 2 Sundays per month in summer that end with a spectacular fireworks display. We missed it as we weren’t aware it was on. Saw the fireworks at a distance from our balcony though. Great place to stay for a week, 5 mins walk from the beach & bar too.

Exceptional
Absolutely stunning accommodation. Great sea views from all rooms. Very welcoming and comfortable. Modern look and feel, yet very cosy and a great base for Tenby. Beach within a short walk and town centre too. Overall 10/10 for this luxury apartment.
Sad that we couldn’t stay even longer.
