Pembroke is a town and community in Pembrokeshire, with a population of 7,552. The names of both the town and the county have a common origin; both are derived from the Cantref of Penfro, which has been interpreted to mean either 'Land's End' or 'headland’. Pembroke is also home to one of the most complete Norman castles in the UK. It was the birthplace of Henry VII, the founder of the Tudor dynasty.

Sea + Steam
Sea + Steam is a Mobile wood-fired sauna located in the seaside village of Saundersfoot on the Pembrokeshire Coast. Tenby Blues Festival 2024
This year’s Tenby Blues Festival will take place on the weekend of 8th to 10th November. With a buzzing atmosphere that transcends time and genre and welcomes Blues fans from far and wide, this event takes place in one of the most beautiful seaside towns in the UK. There will be many music acts at various venues in the town. Tickets can be purchased from the Festival Box Office at Tenby’s De Valence Pavilion on Upper Frog Street or online at Tickets - Tenby Blues. Some of Tenby’s bars, cafes and hotels will be hosting live music with free entry.

Pembrokeshire Coast Path
The Pembrokeshire Coast Path National Trail is a stunning 186-mile (299 km) long and located in southwest Wales. It stretches from St Dogmaels in the north to Amroth in the south, offering some of the most varied coastal scenery in Britain. This trail, established in 1970, mostly follows cliff-top paths and involves a total ascent and descent of 35,000 feet (11,000 m). If you’re planning to explore this rugged and beautiful coastline, you’re in for an unforgettable experience!

Wiseman's Bridge
Wiseman’s Bridge is a tiny seaside village with a rocky beach in between Saundersfoot and Amroth. It is joined to Saundersfoot by a series of three tunnels through which a narrow-gauge railway once travelled carrying coal from the local mines to Saundersfoot Harbour.

Kilgetty and Begelly Blog
Kilgetty and Begelly are small villages located between the market town of Narberth and the coastal village of Saundersfoot. Both Begelly and Kilgetty enjoyed a long mining history as part of the Pembrokeshire coalfield, one of the smallest in the UK. In 1834 the railway was opened to take the coal from the Begelly pits down to Saundersfoot.

Long Course Wales Weekend 2023
Tenby is the home of Long Course Weekend Wales, it is a gruelling sporting event which sees athletes take on a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile cycle and 26.2 mile run over a three-day period with arguably some of the best views ever. The Pembrokeshire spectators have been named ‘the best in the world’ with the community coming together to support family, friends and all those taking part. The atmosphere over the whole weekend is electric!
